Do leads receive email, SMS, reminders, missed-call text-back, or nurture sequences?
Is there a clear offer, strong CTA, entry offer, urgency, and reason to act now?
Do they intentionally ask for referrals, track them, reward them, or automate them?
Do they consistently request Google reviews, testimonials, and social proof?
Do they stay in touch with customers through newsletters, offers, or reactivation?
Are leads, calls, website visitors, past customers, or warm prospects being wasted?
Do they have upsells, memberships, packages, repeat offers, or recurring revenue?
Could they run ads profitably with landing pages, tracking, pixels, and follow-up?
Do they have booking flows, sales scripts, strong CTAs, and a path from interest to sale?
Add all 10 category scores together. The lower the score, the more money is leaking.
